Andrew Busovsky

Andrew Busovsky is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in leading user experience initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as UX CoE Leader at CHS Inc. since October 2021, Andrew previously held the position of Lead UX Designer and Head of UX at WIRB-Copernicus Group, where responsibilities included establishing UX standards and fostering a user-centered design culture. Andrew's earlier experience includes User Experience Manager at SofterWare, Inc., where a UX department was built and strategic direction was provided. Additional roles at SofterWare include founding the Content Team and serving as Senior Multimedia Content Developer. Previous positions also encompass Multimedia/Internet Project Manager at Slack Inc. and Senior Media Specialist at Medconference, complemented by a BA in English from Penn State University.
