Currently serving as the Talent Management Principal for DEI, Listening, and Recognition at CHS Inc., Bryce has previously held senior roles at Ryan Companies, where they led initiatives to build an inclusive culture, and Iron Mountain, where they drove learning and performance solutions for thousands of employees globally. With a background in instructional design and learning leadership, Bryce is passionate about creating environments where diverse perspectives are celebrated and everyone can thrive. Educated at Columbia College Chicago and the University of Kansas, they focus on empowering others to make impactful changes in their organizations.
