Chad Ford

Chad Ford is an experienced business transformation leader with a robust background in enterprise resource planning and operational optimization. Currently serving as the Business Transformation Lead at CHS Inc. since December 2015, Chad focuses on implementing ERP systems and enhancing functionality across various processes. Previous roles at CHS included Director of Business Transformation and IT Relationship Manager. Chad's extensive experience also encompasses over 16 years at Cargill in multiple technology and project leadership positions. Additionally, Chad is actively involved with the Bloomington Fire Department, serving as a Captain since 2007 and a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Bloomington Fire Department Relief Association. With a BA in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas and certifications in incident management, Chad brings a strategic approach to both business transformation and emergency services.
