Dean Hendrickson

Dean Hendrickson serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at CHS Inc. since January 2013, leading the Go-to-Market Approach and business development initiatives for a prominent wholesale crop protection distributor. Previously, Dean held various strategic roles at Monsanto Company from 1991 to 2013, including Asia Pacific Crop Protection & Global Glyphosate Supply Lead, responsible for a $250M portfolio, and US Animal Ag Marketing Director, overseeing marketing plans for the Animal Ag Division. Additional experience includes Vice President at Channel Strategy, US Roundup Brand Manager, and Regional Account Manager at Monsanto. Dean’s career began in 1985 as a Manager at Northwest Chemical. Dean holds a B.B.A. degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of North Dakota.
