Isha Solanki

Isha Solanki is an experienced Supply Planner at CHS Inc. since May 2022, where coordination of activities using Shibumi project management software has significantly improved planning accuracy and operational performance. Notable achievements include conducting Gemba walks at Ag retail sites to identify workflow efficiency challenges and enhancing communication around system changes. As a Supply Chain Planning Intern, Isha developed a monthly performance process to track KPIs, pinpointing a key constraint that led to substantial downtime, and created an Excel-based tool that greatly improved data analysis accuracy. Previous experience includes a role as a Student Worker at Compass Group USA, focusing on inventory management and customer service, and as a Supply Chain Planner at New Port Fashion, where vendor negotiations resulted in cost savings. Isha holds a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
