Michelle Casper

Michelle Casper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning technology and instructional design. Currently serving as the Learning Technology Lead at CHS Inc. since January 2023, Michelle previously held roles at Medtronic, including Program Manager, Instructional Design, where initiatives enhanced organizational effectiveness during a significant acquisition. With a background as a Technical Writer at Medtronic and earlier experience as a Training Manager at Deloitte, Michelle has developed comprehensive training solutions and documentation across various industries. Additional expertise includes consulting for multiple clients in training and technical writing, as well as a foundation in change management from work at Accenture. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Technical and Scientific Communication from Metro State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Finance from Carroll University.
