Phil Farrell

Phil Farrell is currently the Sr. Director of Operations at CHS Inc., a role they have held since 2022, following their tenure as General Manager from 2016 to 2023, where they focused on serving local agricultural producers. Prior to CHS, Phil served as the Assistant General Manager at Elburn Cooperative Company from 1999 to 2016, managing the grain department. They began their career in procurement at Oakville Feed and Grain from 1997 to 1999. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University, which they completed in 1987.
