Steve Haley

Steve Haley, PE, currently serves as Director at CHS Inc. since March 2023, following a tenure as Project Engineer at CHS Inc. from November 2014 to April 2023. Prior to this, Steve held the position of Business Development Manager for the Americas in Oil, Gas, and Petrochemicals at AESSEAL plc, where responsibilities included promoting sales and engineering support across various applications. Steve's experience also includes roles at CITGO Petroleum, starting as Area Operations Supervisor and subsequently serving as Senior Reliability Engineer, focusing on engineering support for critical refinery operations. Earlier career stages included various engineering and reliability roles at Flowserve. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Portland, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
