Tom Brower

Tom Brower, CSP, currently serves as Vice President - Environmental, Health, and Safety at CHS Inc., a position held since May 2024. Brower has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Principal and SVP - Oil & Gas Industry Leader at dss+ and Senior Vice President - Global Health, Safety and Security at Tyson Foods, where significant safety improvements were achieved, including a 77% reduction in TRIR and over $250M in avoided injury costs. Previous positions include Vice President of Executive Consulting at DEKRA Insight and Causal Learning Manager at Shell Exploration and Production Company. Brower founded Tom Brower Consulting LLC, providing organizational development services, and spent nearly two decades at Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan as Senior Director, Global Safety and Health. An alumnus of the University of Maryland Global Campus, Brower holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management.
