Jens Kromer

Jens Kromer currently serves as the Subsidiary Controller at CHT Group, overseeing controlling activities for DACH, French, and Tunisian companies, as well as coordinating the Group planning process and supporting reporting efforts. Previously, Jens worked as a Group Controller at Leadec, where responsibilities included BI financial tool administration, monthly reporting, and coordination of budgets and forecasts. Earlier roles include Assistant Plant Controller and Controlling Intern at Schaeffler, Finance Intern at Audi Brussels, and Finance Intern at Commerzbank AG, accumulating diverse experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and process optimization. Jens holds a Master of Arts in Management Sciences from Université franco-allemande and a Bachelor of Arts in European Business Studies from Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg.
