Serdar Tiras

Serdar Tiras has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Serdar is currently serving as the Global Head of Business Unit Industrial Production at CHT Group, a position they have held since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Stahl, where they held various roles including Business Development Manager, Sales Manager (Turkey, Iran, Pakistan), Technical Sales Manager (Turkey, Pakistan, Iran), and Account Manager. Serdar worked at Stahl from 2013 to 2020. Before joining Stahl, Serdar worked as a Trainee-Programm During Holidays at Siemens from 2010 to 2013. Serdar also has experience as a Facharbeiter Fahrzeuglackierer at CMS Mercedes Benz from 2007 to 2009.

Serdar Tiras has a diverse education history. In 2004 to 2007, they obtained a Gesellenbrief Fahrzeuglackierer degree from CMS/Mercedes-Benz. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued a part-time course in Financial Accounting at Volkshochschule. Concurrently, from 2008 to 2010, they attended Meisterschule Reutlingen/Kirchheim and earned a Meisterbrief im Handwerk/Master craftsman Diploma in Coatings. In 2010 to 2013, Serdar studied Chemieingenieurwesen Farbe Lack at Hochschule Esslingen-University of Applied Sciences. Continuing their education, they completed a Micro MBA program at Bahcesehir University, though the start and end year for this degree are not provided. Later on, Serdar pursued an International Module (MBA) at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in 2019 and, from 2018 to 2020, they obtained an MBA Part-time degree from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
