Thilo Roenspiess

Thilo Roenspiess is an experienced site manager and operations leader, currently serving in the same capacity at CHT Group since October 2022. Prior to this role, Thilo held site management positions at Huntsman Corporation and Klöckner Pentaplast, where responsibilities included deploying manufacturing excellence initiatives across 18 European sites. Thilo's expertise extends to process technology management at Axalta, overseeing major liquid paint sites and leading teams in standardizing manufacturing processes. Additionally, substantial experience at WR Grace and Dow Corning involved managing production sites with a focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Earlier roles included technical and sales engineering at KRAIBURG TPE, contributing to product development in consumer applications. Thilo holds a diploma in Chemical Engineering from TU Dortmund University.
