Don first consulted with the company over 30 years ago. Today, he provides them with a very powerful foundation for which to build company.

Don’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and related financing transactions. He is a specialist in all things venture capital and private equity. Don was previously a founder and Senior Partner at Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP.

Don is a Harvard Law School graduate and has been practicing corporate law for over 45 years. Drawing on his experiences managing the firm and as a practicing attorney he has developed a very sophisticated business practice.
