Andrew Lai

Andrew Lai is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in IT operations, coordination, and vendor management. Currently serving as an Information Technology Operations Analyst at CHU Underwriting Agencies Pty Ltd since April 2020, Andrew previously held the role of IT Coordinator at Sparke Helmore Lawyers from August 2017 to March 2020, where responsibilities included budget management, IT documentation development, and support coordination. Prior to that, Andrew worked at CatholicCare from January 2003 to February 2017 in IT coordination and senior IT roles, focusing on vendor and contract management, finance procurement, and customer service. Additional experience includes administration roles at Mercer and AMP in early 2002. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Australian Catholic University, obtained between 1999 and 2001.
