Ryan Ng is an experienced psychologist and strategist who currently studies for a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology at City University of Hong Kong and a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology at the University of Nottingham. They have over a decade of experience in human capital consulting and talent development, including roles as a Talent Development Manager at Neo Derm and a Regional Training Lead at Chubb Fire & Security Group. Previously, Ryan served as a Senior Consultant at Mercer and worked as a radio personality at Global Chinese Network Limited.
