Currently serving as the Vice President of Culture and Inclusion at Chubb, David is responsible for advancing these strategies across North America. Previously, David held various roles including Global Talent Analytics Leader at CSL Behring and Principal Consultant at TRG - The Rhoden Group, spearheading efforts in HR analytics and employee engagement. David's early career included contributions at The ACE Group and City Year, where they focused on financial analysis and community program management, respectively. They are also pursuing multiple academic degrees, including a Master's in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University.
