Dekker Buckley

Dekker Buckley is the Senior Vice President of International Surety at Chubb, specializing in the strategic development of Latin American operations and conducting credit analysis for firms across Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Prior to this role, Dekker served as Vice President and Director of Latin America at Chubb & Son and was the Underwriting Director at Chubb de Mexico Cia Afianzadora. Dekker holds a BA in History from Williams College and an MBA in International Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
