Eric Justice

Eric Justice has extensive experience in claims management, primarily within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Claim Director at Chubb since February 2014, Eric is responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers and managing high dollar claims to ensure efficient resolutions. Prior to Chubb, Eric held positions at Sedgwick, including Workers Compensation Supervisor and Operations Analyst, where oversight and process improvement of claims operations were key responsibilities. Previous roles at The Hartford involved supervising workers' compensation teams and managing high exposure claims. Eric's career began at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Case Manager, handling various levels of workers' compensation claims. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Temple University.
