Janet Decostro

Janet Decostro is a retired Regional Claim Manager at Chubb Insurance, where they managed teams across multiple lines of business, including General Liability, Auto Liability, and Workers Compensation, from 1998 to 2013. They demonstrated strong leadership while overseeing a team of approximately 50 members and achieving key financial metrics. Janet also held various managerial roles throughout their career, such as Pittsburgh Branch Claim Manager and MidAtlantic Zone Casualty Claim Manager. They began their professional journey as a Claims Supervisor at Crum & Forster from 1979 to 1985 and earned a BA from the University of Pittsburgh from 1976 to 1979. Currently, Janet enjoys retirement and expresses gratitude for their experiences.
