Janine Dowling

Janine Dowling has a robust background in the insurance industry, with extensive experience in leadership roles. They served as a Customer Services Manager at Norwich Union Insurance from 2003 to 2004 and progressed through positions at Aviva plc, including Head of Operations and Head of Continuous Improvement, from 2007 to 2009. Before their current role as Global Services Leader at Chubb since 2022, they worked as a Business Manager for the UK government from 2019 to 2022, and held the position of Credit Control Manager at CGU Insurance from 2000 to 2003. Janine began their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Commercial Union from 1998 to 2000.
