Priyanka Kumar is the Head of Global Core Account Services at Coursera, where responsibilities include building a team for global services and improving impact for Coursera Enterprise and Partners. In addition to this role, Priyanka leads the APAC WomenERG, focusing on empowering women in leadership positions through coaching and career advice. Priyanka also served as the Coursera For Campus Customer Success Lead for the APAC region and has extensive experience in customer success across various sectors. Prior to Coursera, Priyanka worked at McKinsey & Company in several roles, including Specialist in the Public and Social Sector Practice, contributing to education and skill development initiatives, and was a key figure in establishing the Generation Program in India. Educational qualifications include a B.A. Honours in Economics and a postgraduate degree in Gender Studies from Delhi University.
