Jason Stefik is currently the Vice President and Head of Catastrophe Management for North America at Chubb. They previously held the position of AVP and Catastrophe Modeling Manager at Chubb in 2022 and served as a Senior Catastrophe Aggregation Analyst at XL Catlin from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Risk Analyst at Risk Management Solutions from 2010 to 2014 and as a Research Assistant at Penn State University from 2008 to 2010. Jason holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology, both obtained from Penn State University.
