Jessa Lee

Jessa Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and operations within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the AVP of Training & Operations for Small Commercial Insurance at Chubb since December 2014, Jessa Lee has successfully managed consolidation opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic region, developed nationwide programs with sales partners, and facilitated agency training. Previous roles include positions at Farmers Insurance where Jessa Lee managed a team of underwriters, contributed to curriculum design, and led the transition of underwriting services. Additional expertise includes work as an Underwriting Consultant at Zurich North America, where Jessa Lee supported agents and analyzed new business for profitability. Jessa Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
