Jim Chung is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in experience design and product development across various industries. Currently serving as SVP and Global Head of Experience Design at Chubb, Jim manages a global team of over 40 designers and has significantly enhanced design efficiency through the implementation of a Global Design System, generating substantial economic impact. Previously, Jim held positions at Ford Motor Company as Product Design Lead, where product development was directed from concept to launch, and at PwC, leading digital transformation for Fortune 500 companies. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Graphic Design from Parsons School of Design and a Master's degree in Applied Statistics from Cornell University.
