Justin Morgan has over 15 years of experience in operations and business management within the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Director of EMEA Operations Service Centres at Chubb since May 2019, Justin has held various leadership titles, including Director of Operations for the UK, Ireland, and South Africa, as well as Head of Operations for the UK & Ireland. Prior to Chubb, Justin worked at AIG from April 2011 to February 2019, where roles included Brexit Programme Manager and Vice President of Global Multinational Operations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Allianz and as a Business Analyst at Unum from 2004 to 2010.
