Kate Tekker

Kate Tekker is an accomplished executive in the field of human resources with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources at Chubb since May 2025, Kate previously held significant roles at Prudential Financial, where responsibilities included Head of Global Total Rewards & HR Operations and Head HRBP International Businesses from November 2019 to May 2025. Kate's earlier career at Chubb featured roles as SVP of Global Total Rewards and Global Compensation. Prior to joining Chubb, Kate spent 14 years at Towers Watson as a Director. Educational credentials include a BS in Economics with a focus on Human Resources Management from The Wharton School and an Executive Education Modern CHRO Top Seat from Cornell University.
