Michael Jones

Mike Jones is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and operations. Currently serving as the COO for North America Operations & Technology at Chubb since May 2019, Mike previously held several key roles at TD from December 2014 to April 2019, including EVP Global Technology and Operations and Global Head of Infrastructure and Engineering. Prior to that, Mike was with Citi from June 2007 to December 2014, where responsibilities included Managing Director Global Head CTI Infrastructure and Managing Director & Chief Technology Officer. Mike's career began at JPMorganChase, where Mike held the title of Managing Director from 1990 to 2007. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BS in Finance from the University of Delaware.
