Regina Jessel

Regina Jessel is an experienced HR Generalist with a robust background in International HR Management, People Strategies, Change Management, and Organization Design. Regina's career includes roles such as HR Consultant and HR Manager at Chubb Insurance Company, where they managed HR operations across Central and Eastern Europe, as well as the Northern Europe region. Most recently, Regina served as the HR Strategic Lead for Continental Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa at Chubb, after holding positions in Organisational Development as well. Regina holds a degree in Lehramt for German and English from the University of Münster, where they studied from 1984 to 1991.
