Rob Broughton, PMP, currently serves as the Infrastructure Resiliency Project Manager at Chubb since January 2022, following a long tenure as President of New England Technology Partners, Inc. since 1998. Previous experience includes roles as Technical Project Manager at State Street from 2005 to 2021, where Rob led strategic technology initiatives, and Technical Consultant/Project Manager at Vermont Electric Power Company. Earlier positions featured project leadership in data center migration and systems engineering at various firms, including Fidelity Investments and John Hancock Life Insurance Company. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University, earned between 1984 and 1990.
