Stefano Fasone

Stefano Fasone is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Northern Europe and Germanics Team Manager at Chubb since June 2016. With extensive experience in managing underwriting teams across various lines, including Property, Casualty, Marine, Cyber, Financial Lines, A&H, and Environmental Risk, Stefano oversees 22 direct and indirect reports. Prior roles at Chubb include Italy Team Leader and Environmental Risk Line Manager, showcasing expertise in Environmental Risk assessment for corporate clients. Additionally, Stefano completed an internship at The Boston Consulting Group in late 2015 and holds multiple degrees in Environmental and land planning engineering from Politecnico di Milano and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Currently pursuing a degree in Executive Coaching at Escuela Europea de Coaching, Stefano is committed to professional growth and leadership development.
