Tomás san Vicente

Tomás San Vicente is an accomplished executive in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as Executive Vice President for Chubb Overseas General since October 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions for an international workforce of over 13,000 employees across 50 countries. Previously, Tomás held the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Latin America at Chubb, managing HR for more than 5,000 employees in nine countries and supporting significant premium revenues. Prior experience includes Vice President of Human Resources at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where strategic HR initiatives were developed for Global Analytics & Advisory services, and Director of Human Resources for GE Capital, focusing on HR strategies in several South American countries. Tomás holds a degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana and completed high school at Universidad Panamericana.
