Zachary Scheier

Zachary Scheier has extensive experience in the field of commercial insurance, currently serving as AVP and Underwriting Manager at Chubb since January 2018. In this role, Zachary functions as both a player and coach, leading teams in the Mid-Atlantic region and managing underwriting operations. Previous positions at Chubb include Team Leader and Executive Underwriter for Chubb Multinational, Senior Underwriter, and Underwriter, where responsibilities included managing renewal and new business while focusing on International Property and Casualty coverage. Prior to rejoining Chubb, Zachary worked as a Claims Associate at Sedgwick, handling Workers Compensation claims, and gained initial industry experience as a Claims Intern at Chubb. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, along with a minor in the Legal Environment of Business from Penn State University.
