Josie Hickel is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in Alaska Native Corporations and related industries. Josie served as President of Chugach Alaska Corporation until retirement in May 2024, having previously held various key roles including EVP ANCSA & Community Affairs, EVP Lands & Resources, and President of Chugach Commercial Holdings, LLC. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Petro 49, Inc. / Petro Marine Services and VP of HR & Administration at Pebble Ltd. Partnership. Educational credentials include a BBA in Human Resources from American InterContinental University, along with studies at Alaska Pacific University and West Anchorage High School.
