Rachael K. Frison

Rachael K. Frison, PHR SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Manager at Chugach Electric Association, leading various HR functions including recruitment, performance management, labor relations, and compliance since July 2019. Previously, Rachael held positions at Alaska Village Electric Cooperative as HR & Payroll Administrator and HR/Payroll Coordinator, where responsibilities included payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee onboarding. Rachael's earlier experience also includes serving as HR Manager at Arctic Catering & Support Services and as Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant at Aerometric Surveys Inc. Rachael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage and John Cabot University.
