Stevie Frakes

Stevie Frakes is a seasoned professional in organizational development with extensive experience in change management, meeting facilitation, and employee wellness. Currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Development at Chugach Electric Association since May 2023, Stevie has also been an Organizational Development Consultant with Cairn North Consulting since March 2017. Previous roles include Interim Executive Director at Habitat for Humanity in Anchorage, AK, and various positions at Volunteers of America, where responsibilities ranged from training facilitation to chemical dependency counseling. Stevie holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University and two Bachelor's degrees in Criminal Justice from the University of Alaska Anchorage and Psychology from Patten University.
