Seng Koon Lim

Seng Koon LIM is an IP Manager/Director at Chugai Pharmabody Research, leading the identification and development of IP opportunities for technology and drug R&D projects in Singapore and Japan. With a background in biotech and pharma, previously serving as a Patent Examiner at IPOS and an Innovation Manager at IPI Singapore, Seng Koon has a strong track record in patent drafting, portfolio management, and conducting due diligence for licensing opportunities. Seng Koon LIM holds a PhD in Interdisciplinary materials science & bioengineering and is a graduate of the National University of Singapore's Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law program.
