Yanyao Wang

Yanyao Wang is an experienced Intellectual Property Specialist currently employed at Chugai Pharmabody Research since October 2022. Prior to this role, Yanyao Wang served as a Patent Examiner at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) from October 2016 to September 2022, where responsibilities included conducting prior art searches and examining patent applications in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. Yanyao Wang also worked as an Associate Patent Examiner at IPOS International and held previous positions at IPOS as Manager and Senior Executive. Early career experiences include internships at Abbott Nutrition and the Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology. Yanyao Wang holds a Master's degree in IP and Innovation Management from Singapore University of Social Sciences, along with a Graduate Diploma in the same field and a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences from National University of Singapore, complemented by an exchange program at Peking University.
