Hiroaki Nagashima

Hiroaki Nagashima is a highly experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Director and Pharmaceutical Technical Leader (CMC Leader) at Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. since April 2016, with a focus on bispecific antibody therapy for hemophilia. Hiroaki leads the CMC team, overseeing supply chain management, drug substance development, drug product development, quality control, quality assurance, and CMC regulatory affairs. Prior to this role, Hiroaki held positions as a Process Development Research Scientist at Chugai and a Manager at Roche, specializing in API process development.
