David Tecson

David Tecson has been working at Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. since 2002, where David currently serves as Principal. Their areas of focus include healthcare litigation, board-level advice, and defense of D&O claims, medical staff privileges, physician disputes, employment law guidance, and international litigation. Prior to this, David was a Shareholder at Fumagalli, Tecson & Hyman and an Associate at various law firms. David earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from Macalester College.
