Currently serving as a Police Officer with the Chula Vista Police Department since December 2019, Michael previously held roles such as Operations & Supply Chain Business Analyst at Avantiico, Director of Engineering and Operations at Hardy Process Solutions, and Global Procurement Manager at FOX Factory. Michael has a strong track record in optimizing processes, leading teams, and managing supply chain operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and successful project execution. Additionally, Michael has a military background as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy and served in various capacities within the Naval Special Warfare Group Three. Comprised of approximately 290 sworn officers and 100 civilian employees, we are constantly recruiting highly qualified and motivated men and women who have a heart for service. Currently we have approximately 20 open positions for sworn officers. We are HIRING For Police Lateral, Police Recruit, and Police Dispatcher positions! We currently have up to a $25,000 Lateral Bonus, up to $5,000 Moving Bonus, and starting Police Recruit Pay UP to $83,000 based on experience. (Eligibility: Honorable Discharged from Military, 1-yr experience as Private/Non-Safety Correctional/Detentions Officers. 6-mnths experience as Correctional Deputy Sheriff, Military Police or Military Detentions, Peace officer experience in another state, and Federal Law Enforcement Exp.) Lateral Officers may be eligible for top step pay ($122k) based on experience!
