Constance Salutan

Constance Salutan has extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, having worked at Chumash Casino Resort and Hotel Corque since July 2000. Currently serving as Floor Operations Shift Manager, responsibilities include writing daily and weekly schedules for Supervisors and front-line team members, managing the training of new procedures, and ensuring excellent guest service. Constance also plays a key role as a Chumash Change Champion, facilitating communication and training regarding industry changes. Previous positions at Chumash include Floor Operations Assistant Shift Manager, Floor Operations Supervisor, and Security Sergeant, where management of employees, payroll processing, and operational evaluations were prominent duties. Prior to Chumash, Constance worked as a Technical Support Analyst at MicroAge, providing support for UPS software, and in various roles in the retail and furniture restoration sectors. Education includes attendance at Allan Hancock College from 1991 to 1993 and ongoing studies since 2017.
