Duane Welch

Duane Welch has extensive experience in warehouse operations and food and beverage management, currently serving as Warehouse Operations Manager at Chumash Casino Resort since November 2018, where responsibilities include inventory control and the implementation of NetSuite. Previously, Duane was General Manager and Part Owner of Vegas Fresh Farms, overseeing the operations of Las Vegas's first Aeroponic Farm. Duane also held the position of Director of Food Service & Hospitality Sales at Indoor Farms of America, developing farm-to-table programs and demonstrating innovative aeroponic farming technology. Prior experience includes various executive steward roles at prestigious establishments such as The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Gaylord Opryland, and The Venetian, as well as serving as Food & Beverage Director at the Peabody Hotel Group. Duane's educational background includes studies at Winona State University.
