Lisa A. Hoston

Lisa A. Hoston SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lisa A. is currently the Director of Learning and Development at Chumash Enterprises, starting in 2022. Prior to this, Lisa held the role of Adjunct Professor at Colorado State University Online, starting in 2013. In this role, they taught various criminal justice courses, served as a course reviewer, and created the Competency Based Exam (CBE) for the Criminal Investigation course. From 2016 to 2019, Lisa worked at Live! Casino & Hotel, initially as the Manager of Training Organizational Development and later as the Director of Training & Organizational Development. Lastly, Lisa held the position of Professor & Program Director of Criminal Justice at Allegany College of Maryland from 2010 to 2016.

Lisa A. Hoston SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Syracuse University. Lisa A. also has a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from The George Washington University Columbian College of Arts & Sciences and an MBA in Business Management from DeVry University. Additionally, Lisa is certified as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
