Miguel Padilla is an experienced marketing and management professional with a robust background in casino operations and project management. As the Marketing Manager for Chumash Casino Resort and Hotel Corque since 2005, Miguel has overseen the largest marketing program within the enterprise, focusing on maximizing revenue through strategic guest engagement and communication analysis. Previously, Miguel served as Lead Executive Casino Host, where personal interactions with targeted players enhanced gaming revenues. Miguel's career includes roles as Project Manager at Light and Power International, General Manager at Q's, Lead Engineering Designer at JM Consulting Group, and Manager at RYCESA, demonstrating a wide-ranging skill set in operations, construction management, and engineering. Miguel holds a degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Universidad De Guadalajara.
