The Human Resources Team at Chumash Enterprises is responsible for managing employee relations, compensation and benefits, and maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). They ensure compliance with labor laws, support recruitment and talent development, and serve as a key resource for employee inquiries and needs across all Chumash properties.
