Stephen McMillan is a seasoned technical manager with over 25 years of experience in the civil and infrastructure engineering sectors. Currently, at Chun Wo Development Group since February 2010, Stephen has been involved in tendering for a variety of significant infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, including MTR rail projects and various highway developments. Prior to this role, Stephen served as a project coordinator at Maeda Corporation, where contributions included key projects such as the Stonecutters Bridge and Lok Ma Chau Spur-line. Earlier experience includes assistant roles at Maeda Chun Wo Joint Venture and Kumagai Gumi Necso Joint Venture, focusing on railway infrastructure and modifications for engineering works. Stephen holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Civil Engineering and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University.
