Our firm was founded in May 2014 by Ms Patricia Chung, who is a Registered Patent, Trademark, Industrial Design and Plant Variety Agent admitted by MyIPO. She is a practising lawyer, a qualified member of Chartered Institute of Arbitration, London, UK and Malaysia branch and also an associate of Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb). 

In Chung Chambers, our clients have the option of picking from a range of fee packages that are in accordance with their needs and objectives. We are a Legal Firm based in Penang, Malaysia, and we serve in a wide range of practices, but our focus is on Intellectual Property and Corporate Legal Advisory. 

We have a great network with a large professional team and we have been working very closely with them to provide all rounded services and advice to our clients. This team of professionals includes overseas and local top legal firms, overseas IP attorneys, branding consultants, accredited certification bodies/laboratories, venture capital companies etc.
