Katie Cocklin

Katie Cocklin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and hospitality sectors. As Co-Founder and COO of Chunk Nibbles since May 2018, Katie plays a pivotal role in the company's operations. Previously, Katie served as a Senior Marketing Underwriter at Amerisure Insurance and held various positions at Burns & Wilcox, including Broker and Associate Broker. Additionally, Katie contributed to business development at Roti Modern Mediterranean and performed analytical roles at Quality Dairy Co. A dedicated leader, Katie was Vice President of Membership Development for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. Katie holds an MBA from Cleary University and a B.A. in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University.
