Brett Higginbotham

Brett Higginbotham has a long history of work experience in finance and accounting. Brett began their career in 2000 as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where they worked in the audit practice for the firm's Los Angeles, CA and Phoenix, AZ offices. In 2010, they became the VP of Accounting and Corporate Controller at Global Water Resources, where they presided over all aspects of the Accounting Department. In 2014, they moved to Inventure Foods, Inc. as the Director of Accounting, and in 2015 they became the VP of Finance at Tallwave. In 2020, they joined Inpivota and Strut Software Services as the Chief Financial Officer, and in 2022 they became the Chief Financial Officer at Chunker. Throughout their career, Brett has been responsible for managing financial statement audit engagements, directing the company's SEC financial reporting, compliance with taxing authorities, and reporting to bond holders and utility regulators.

Brett Higginbotham obtained a Masters of Professional Accountancy from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business between 1997 and 1999, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Brett also obtained a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University between 1996 and 1999. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Arizona State Board of Accountancy.
