Irina Ganopolsky

Irina Ganopolsky has extensive work experience in product development and management in the consumer goods industry. Irina is currently working as the Head of Fabric Care at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Prior to this role, they founded their own consulting company, MAIG Consulting, LLC. Irina also held various leadership positions at NuFACE, Revlon Inc., and Johnson & Johnson, where they were involved in the development and innovation of skincare and healthcare products. Overall, Irina has a strong background in leading product development teams and creating successful product pipelines.

Irina Ganopolsky holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University. Irina also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from Rutgers Business School.
